The Center of Innovation and Incubation for Startups (CIIS) at Martin Luther Christian University (MLCU) is dedicated to fostering innovation and entrepreneurship among learners. CIIS serves as a dynamic platform where learners can develop and launch their business ideas.
The center’s mission is to empower learners by providing the resources, mentorship, and opportunities necessary to transform their innovative ideas into successful ventures. CIIS offers educational programs, skill development workshops, and incubation services, creating a supportive ecosystem for aspiring entrepreneurs. Additionally, the center facilitates industry
collaboration, networking opportunities, and access to funding, including seed grants and student tinkering funds.
Through CIIS, MLCU aims to nurture entrepreneurial talent, support innovative solutions to real-world problems, and promote sustainable business practices. The center is integral to the university’s commitment to equipping students with the skills and experience needed to make meaningful contributions to economic development and societal impact.

Vision: To be a leading educational institute in incubator of innovation and entrepreneurship, recognized for transforming ideas into successful enterprises that contribute to economic development and societal well-being. We envision a future where our students are at the forefront of entrepreneurial leadership, driving change and creating value in their communities and beyond.
Mission: To empower learners with the entrepreneurial mindset, skills, and resources necessary to create innovative, sustainable businesses. We aim to foster a dynamic and inclusive ecosystem that supports the development and growth of entrepreneurial ventures through education, mentorship, and access to funding and infrastructure.
