The 16th Convocation of the Martin Luther Christian University was held on September 22, 2023, at Lariti International Centre for Performing Arts and Culture Mawkasiang, Shillong. Hon’ble Mr Rakkam A Sangma, Minister of Education, Government of Meghalaya will grace the occasion as the Chief Guest and Dr Theyiesinuo Keditsu an Indigenous feminist, poet, academician, educator, and cultural conservationist deliver the convocation address.
Of the 929 graduating students, 26 PhDs, 587 master’s degrees, 224 bachelor’s degrees, 15 postgraduate diplomas, 65 diplomas, and 14 certificates were awarded.
