From December 3rd to 5th, the Department of Psychology and Wellbeing hosted the “Get in Touch Series” workshop, designed to equip students and faculty with practical tools for personal and professional growth.
Led by Dr. Gideon Arulmani, Professor of Practice, the workshop explored themes like “getting in touch with natural success,” “getting in touch with yourself,” and “getting in touch with others.” Dr. Arulmani’s engaging approach combined theoretical insights with real-world applications, encouraging participants to reflect on their values, develop self-awareness, and build meaningful connections.
The sessions were interactive, featuring hands-on activities, group discussions, and role-plays that brought concepts to life. Participants left with actionable skills and deeper insights to enhance their academic, personal, and relational success.
Overall, the “Get in Touch Series” was a compelling and enriching experience, fostering growth and connection among attendees.
