Duration: 2 years (four semesters) + 6 months internship
Eligibility: Class X or Class XII Arts/Commerce

This course meets the industry requirements for physical fitness, sports management, and nutrition professionals. The course will provide a scientific overview of fitness and nutrition with the goal of improving intensive sports performance and the prevention of various health problems. The course also focuses on promoting fitness and sports nutrition centers, programs, and research. It also prepares sportspersons to become trainers and coaches.

Course delivery
Theory: lectures, demonstrations, seminars, computer aided learning, and assignments
Practical: lab work, hands-on clinical experience in hospitals, rural healthcare, and internship
