Kharshiing, Bakor. Rupa

Dr. (Ms.) Kharshiing lectures in Economics and Research Methodology in the department of Department of Management Studies. She also serves as a member of the Core Academic Committee of the University. She also held the position of Purchase Officer in MLCU in the year 2009. She was also a resource person in a workshop on Teaching-Learning and Faculty Development at CMAI, New Delhi, organized by MLCU.  She is currently pursuing her Ph.D from NEHU. She received her M.Phil Degree from NEHU for her work in Public Expenditure and Human Development in Meghalaya 1984 to 2003-04. Ms. Kharshiing is NET qualified. In addition she also has a Bachelor’s degree in Education (B.Ed). She has worked as an Assistant Teacher in Schools in Shillong prior her appointment as a lecturer in MLCU.

Dhar, Julian. Oscar

Mr. Dhar is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management Studies, lecturing in Human Resource Management, Strategic Human Resource Management, Compensation and Benefit Management and Human Resource Planning. He is a NET qualified lecturer who also completed his PGDBM from Wigan & Leigh University, Bangalore. He had served as the Department Coordinator of the Department of Management Studies and as the HR Coordinator of the University. Prior to joining MLCU, Mr. Dhar has been working as an Agency Manager in Shillong with Birla Sun Life Insurance Co. Ltd; as a Sourcing Lead (retainer), with Wipro Technologies Ltd, Bangalore; as a C.S.R. with Accenture Service Pvt Ltd, and as a Customer Response Officer with Microland Services Pvt Ltd.  He has also been as a Project Assistant for the Summary and Insights to Agri –business Marketing” with IFAD in 2003. He was also part of the promotional team of Anderson Tele Solutions, Shillong in 2001.

Lyttan, Khrawkupar. Justin

Mr. Lyttan, presently holds the post of assistant Professor in the Department of Management Studies lecturing in Finance and Marketing, Sales Management, Financial Management, Cost Management, Accounting, Business Mathematics and Quantitative Techniques. Mr. Lyttan received his Diploma from the Institute of Finance and International Management, Bangalore.  He had worked as for three years with Tata Consultancy Services, Bangalore on the SAP CRM Project.

Mr. Hynniewta is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management and Commerce Studies. He is an MBA post graduate with a dual specialization in Marketing and HR. He was previously working as an HR consultant for Cnergyis Infotech India Pvt. Ltd, Mumbai at GVK EMRI Shillong.

Ms. Adlene Shylla  is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management and Commerce Studies. She completed her MCom and is NET qualified. She has worked as Asst. Admin and Accountant at North East Network.

Ms. Janice B. Shadap is an Asst. Professor in the Department of Management and Commerce Studies. She completed her MBA and is NET qualified. She has had work experience as Administrative Asst. at ICFAI University and also as Lecturer in Shillong College.
